Ronald Ryan, MD, CPE, and Medical Director has been practicing medicine in the Central Florida area since 1995. Dr. Ryan graduated from Oakwood College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He also attended Jefferson Medical College, now Sidney Kimmel Medical College, from which he graduated in 1995. Following his training with the Florida Hospital Family Practice Residency program, Dr. Ryan started his own practice. Later, he practiced medicine in various urgent care and family practice settings. Dr. Ryan also worked in the field of hospice care serving initially as a team physician at Hospice of the Comforter and then becoming an associate medical director. Dr. Ryan also holds the certification of Certified Physician Executive from the American Association of Physician Leadership. In 2024 Becker’s Hospital Review recognized Dr. Ryan as a 2024 Black Healthcare Leader to Know. He has been Medical Director of Rosen Medical Center since 2012. His outside activities include family, music, reading, and martial arts.
Kenneth A. Aldridge, RN-BSN, MS-HSA, Director of Health Services, has served Rosen Hotels & Resorts since 1998 in a variety of roles. With his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida, Kenneth began as a triage nurse in the Rosen Medical Center. In this role, he provided patient care, organized medical staff training, and managed emergent medical needs. In May of 2005, Kenneth completed a Master’s in Health Services Administration from his alma mater. In 2012, as Director of Health Services, Kenneth was a vital team member for the planning, design and implementation of the new 12,000 sq. ft. Rosen Medical Center, A Place for Healing and Wellness. Kenneth integrated physical therapy, digital x-ray, DEXA scan, ultrasound, sleep studies, chiropractic care, dietetics, and a full fitness center into the Rosen Medical Center to comprehensively meet the patient’s needs onsite. These and many more cost-containment efforts have saved Rosen Hotels & Resorts over $500 million since its inception. In 2024, Kenneth also became part of the RosenHealth team.
Edith Mensa, MD, joined Rosen Medical Center in June 2013. Dr. Mensa is board-certified in family medicine. She performs health care screenings, minor injury care, and acute and chronic illness treatments. She also provides school, work, and sports physicals, health care preventative services, and minor office procedures. After earning her degree at State University of New York in Syracuse, Dr. Mensa completed her residency training at the University of Rochester, New York. Prior to joining Rosen Medical Center, Dr. Mensa was the sole practitioner of family medicine for ten years in Apopka, Florida. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, and her career interests include women’s health and preventive care.
Matthew Snell, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and specializes in providing comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to adults. He believes in an active partnership with the patients to promote healthy lifestyle and patient-centered medical decision making. Dr. Snell earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine before completing an internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Snell returned to Orlando, FL in 2001 to work as a hospitalist. Before joining the Rosen Medical Center, he was a partner in Physician Associates of Florida for 13 years as a primary care physician. He also has experience in providing urgent care tele-health services.
Dr. Victor M. Torres has been part of the Rosen Medical Center family for 26 years and his scope of practice is general podiatry, wound care specialist, and surgery for foot and ankle wellness. Dr. Torres is a member of the APMA (American Pediatric Medical Association) as well as the FPMA (Florida Podiatric). Dr. Torres is board-certified Diplomate American Board of Podiatric Surgery, certified in foot surgery. Dr. Torres received his podiatric training at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, known today as Temple University, with his residency done at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Torres served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Midway. He is on staff at AdventHealth, AH Waterman, AH Waterman Wound Care center, and Surgery Center of Mount Dora.
Mark Williams, Doctor of Chiropractic, a native to Orlando, provides upper cervical care focused on identifying the cause of pain and disease due to dysfunction of the nervous system. Dr. Williams completed his bachelor studies at Florida State University where he met his wife, Caroline. After his time at FSU, Dr. Williams completed his chiropractic studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in Port Orange. Dr. Williams has a passion for spreading the word about upper cervical care. He has devoted himself to helping patients of all ages find true health to allow their bodies to function at an optimal level. He has been married to his lovely wife, Caroline, since 2006 and is the proud father of Braelyn, Parker, and Hunter.
Emmanuel SaintFleur is a board-certified physician assistant with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the physician assistant program at the Medical College of Georgia. Prior to that, Emmanuel served in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft loadmaster and was involved in Desert Shield/Desert Storm military operations. He has been in the Orlando area most of his career and has experience in a variety of fields including hematology, orthopedics, urgent care, and workers compensation. He has been a member of the Rosen Medical Center team since 2012 and is involved in his community where he coaches and mentors youth in sports. He was also named volunteer of the year at his child’s elementary school. In his spare time, Emmanuel enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found cruising on the seven seas.
Kimberly graduated from Ohio State University in 2004 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. She has worked as a physical therapist in both outpatient and acute care settings and has been a clinic manager for CORA since 2012. Kimberly enjoys treating patients with orthopedic and sports medicine injuries and is happy to help her patients get healthy and resume their lifestyles as soon as possible. Her favorite activities include working out and participating in triathlons, but she enjoys spending time with her two wonderful boys the most.
Grace Sumulong, APRN, graduated as a family nurse practitioner from South University and has over 15 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus in emergency/urgent care and family medicine. Adept in comprehensive health care for patients across a lifespan, Grace pairs a professional bedside manner with clinical judgment and prioritization skills. She is a passionate advocate for promoting wellness practices as well as disease prevention and provides a “whole person” approach to care that emphasizes the well-being of mind, body, and soul. Grace is involved in the Central Florida Advanced Nursing Practice Council, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is a Sigma Theta Tau in the National Honor Society of Nursing. She was awarded a Nursing Model of Excellence Award during her years working with Advent Health.
Veronica Castan, APRN, obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a skilled provider with experience working in a team environment and has served in an underserved community. Veronica has worked in the medical field for over a decade, having served as a registered nurse for Orlando Health and the Ambulatory Ankle and Foot Center. She has worked as a family nurse practitioner for Dr. Robert Law Family Medicine and the Community Health Centers, an organization of family health centers. As an experienced practitioner, Veronica provides supervision during clinical practice for nursing students.
Marie Theodore Felder, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in May 2023. For several years, she has worked as a nurse practitioner at clinics including Village Medical, PopHealthCare and AdventHealth Centra Care. Most recently she served as a provider at Orlando Primary Care, a clinic specializing in internal medicine. Marie is a good communicator and a skilled provider who cares about her patients. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. In her free time, she volunteers with Shepherd’s Hope and United Haitians Living Abroad.
Yamill joined the Rosen Medical Center team in 1999 as a college job. However, she quickly decided to make a career here because of its innovative healthcare. During her tenure, Yamill has been promoted through most of the office positions to Associate Director of Operations. Yamill takes great pride in the many facets of her position, from being a patient advocate to creating a safe work environment for fellow associates. Yamill, originally from Puerto Rico, grew up as an “Army brat” living around the world. Her community involvement includes work with Veterans’ projects, a service that is near and dear to her heart. She is also a consultant to the Board of Directors of Blue Crayonz, Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
